The company with Mr.M.Rajesh as the head, an enthusiastic Marketing Professional had planned to start this dream company with the Support of his brother Mr.M.Surendran (IT Professional) had joined hands together to make it true. Ad-mist of various duties, Mr. Boobalan (Senior Civil Engineer) had granted his support and joined hands together with Sun shine to make it build a strong base with enough 20 years experience in the Real Estate. Also Mr.Ramesh (Marketing Manager DTH Telecom) had also become part of the company to dedicate his experience to make the brand build stronger and to serve its clients a professional selling and maintain the relationships forever.

Mr.Ramakrishnan (15 years experience) with strong knowledge on legal and backend process had helped sunshine to achieve its target in real time. Mr.Balaji, Mr.Vadivel & Mr.Nethaji had extended their support and plays an important role in function of Sun shine Housing & Propertiees.
